For the signing of the contract, clients must provide the following identification documents:

For natural persons:

• an ID card;

For legal entities:

• Originals or notarized copies of the following documents: A certificate for current court registration of the respective legal entity, issued within the last six months prior to its presentation to Sanders-Finance AD;
• A court decision for the registration of the legal entity. Copies of the following documents, bearing a stamp saying, "A true copy of the original": Registration under BULSTAT;
• Tax registration of the legal entity;
• The constitutive act of the respective legal entity, demonstrating that the respective legal representative is entitled to obligate the legal entity with regard to the contract and in the respective amount;
• The licenses of the legal entity for the performance of a specific activity, if any;
• The ID card of the legal representative of the client - legal entity.

"Sanders-Finance" AD keeps right to request any additional documents if needed.
