Appendix 2: Trading Terms and Conditions
Appendix 3: Tariff on Charges and Commission fees
Appendix 4: Client Information
Appendix 5: A declaration under Art.4 and Art.5, Par.2 of the Rules for the Application of the Money Laundry Prevention Act
Appendix 6: Risk and Responsibilities
